Better Sleep Council spokesperson, Terry Cralle, RN, MS and W. David Brown, PhD, DABSM, CBSM, have written a new book that helps to disprove the myth that sleep hinders the ability to succeed. Entitled “Sleeping Your Way to the Top—How to Get the Sleep You Need to Succeed”, the book was published on April 5, 2016 and shows how sufficient sleep and success go hand in hand.

A certified clinical sleep educator, Cralle collaborated with sleep psychologist, W. David Brown to provide readers the latest clinically proven techniques, based on compelling new research, for getting quality rest and achieving maximum productivity in their personal lives and in the workplace.

“I am proud to be affiliated with the outstanding professionals of the Better Sleep Council,” said Terry Cralle, “and this new book helps to support the Better Sleep Council’s mission to educate consumers about the importance of getting a good night’s rest.”
